Featured in the October 2024 Issue of Bijutsu Techo (Released on September 6) with the Special Feature "AI and Creativity"
Since its first publication in 1948, Bijutsu Techo has been Japan's leading art magazine, introducing the forefront of contemporary art both domestically and internationally for over 70 years.
The October 2024 issue focuses on "AI and Creativity." In the "ARTISTS & RESEARCHERS FILE" section of the magazine, our company's activities have been showcased in a full two-page spread. Additionally, our representative, Nao Tokui, participated in the roundtable discussion at the beginning of the issue. Tokui also contributed to supervising a manga titled "AI and Artists," specially illustrated by Sekaiichi Asakura, and helped curate a timeline that explores AI and human creativity.
This feature delves into the impact of generative AI on artists' creative processes and explores the relationship between AI and human creativity. It also examines issues such as copyright in AI-generated works and the history of AI technology and human creation, aiming to explore new possibilities for "creativity."
