Nao Tokui has released his first solo book in English titled "Surfing Human Creativity with AI — A User's Guide.”

This book based on and substantially revised from Tokui’s previous work published in January 2021 titled “Create with AI” has recently been translated in English. It dives into the essence of creativity by exploring ongoing initiatives within the realms of art and music, as well as the history of machines imitating humans. This book will be enjoyable for individuals who engage in creative pursuits involving AI, computers, music, visuals, media art, and written expression, as it addresses the elements at the core of creativity.

The translation of this book was done by David D'Heilly, with design by Yurie Hata, and the visual generation for the cover, jacket, and title pages were created by Shoya Dozono.

This book is available for purchase at online bookstores such as Amazon, but in line with the author's wish to reach as many people as possible, the entire book will be provided free of charge in PDF format (under the CC BY-NC license).
